It added that some residents\u00a0were forced\u00a0to escape to the mountains for safety while others\u00a0were evacuated.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph-primary-core-light\">            The latest flooding exacerbates the devastating impacts of floods\u00a0which\u00a0have wrecked parts of the country since June, leaving more than 100,000 people displaced, according to OCHA.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph-primary-core-light\">            The human-caused climate crisis is making extreme weather more frequent and more severe, scientists say.
