He was arrested for violating the criminal code which concerns \u201csexual intercourse with someone who is unconscious or for other reasons is unable to resist the act.\u201d    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\">            Police specified that he is accused of carrying out a \u201csexual act without intercourse\u201d on a victim \u201csaid to have been unable to resist the act.\u201d    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\">            H\u00f8iby was arrested late on Monday night, police said, and was being held in a detention center on Tuesday morning. His lawyer, \u00d8yvind Bratlien, told Norwegian public broadcaster NRK that he denies the allegation.<strong> <\/strong>    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\">            NRK reported that H\u00f8iby has now been charged with various offences against five different people \u2013 four women and a man.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\">            Three of the women have been in a relationship with H\u00f8iby, NRK reported, adding that he has been accused of abuse in close relationships against all three women.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\">            In August, police charged H\u00f8iby with assault and criminal damage after a violent incident at an apartment in Oslo that allegedly involved one of the three women.
