On Tuesday, fuboTV Inc\u2019s (FUBO) shares surged by an impressive 33%. This followed a significant lead win over top industry players such as Disney<\/a><\/span>, Fox, and Warner Brothers Discovery. Specifically, the win came in the form of a preliminary injunction issued by US District Judge Margaret Garnett. As a result, these companies were prevented from launching their anticipated sports-centric virtual multichannel video programming distributor (vMVPD) service, Venu.<\/p>\n
